An innovative collaboration between the new fine art gallery and legacy automotive brand

As the founder of Santo, I led the entire brand identity and e-commerce strategy behind our official collaboration with Mercedes-Benz.

The Series

We partnered with Mercedes-Benz to create a fine art series that celebrated the brand’s legacy through a dream ride along the Malibu coast with a fleet of their most iconic classic model: the 300 SL Gullwing.

UX Design

To tell the story of the collection, I designed a custom collection page to feel like a digital exhibition that could connect with collectors around the world.

A High-Powered Marketing Approach

We crafted an organic brand storytelling campaign and leveraged dynamic targeting to drive further awareness. We also partnered with Mercedes to do a collaborative social roll-out, reaching the brand's global audience.

The collection launch drew collectors from around the world and organic media coverage from major cultural and automotive outlets.

The Mercedes-Benz Living Room

To promote the collection for the holidays, we created a content series around the concept of the 'Mercedes-Benz Living Room': a holiday-themed interior featuring framed pieces from the collaboration. I designed the space inspired by the idea of Don Draper's Christmas living room - should he have moved to Malibu in the 50’s.
